Old
Asia Photography is London based and was established in 1982. It was previously known as Old
Japan originally set up to focus on early Japanese photography. However, this site has been expanded to cover East and Southeast Asian 19th and early 20th-century photography. We now cover China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar/Burma, the Philippines, Singapore, and Indonesia. It is hoped that this site will be a useful research source for all those interested in early East and Southeast Asian photography.
