​Excellent condition. Mounted on old blue card. Prince Sisowath (1840-1927) became King when his half-brother, Norodom died in 1904. He reigned until 1927 when he was succeeded by his son, Sisowath Monivong (1875-1941).

​Stunning and rare image of Cambodia's queen wearing Western dress. The photographer, Emile Gsell (1838-1879), was an important early photographer in French Indo-China. Mounted on old blue card, the print is in very good condition.
